We strive to ensure a smooth learning experience. However, if issues arise, refunds may be considered under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A class/service was paid for but not delivered.
  • Technical issues prevented participation, and rescheduling was not possible.
  • Incorrect charges were made.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed or partially used classes.
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style (subjective reasons).
  • Violations of Terms and Conditions by the user.

3. Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

4. Tutor Cancellation

If a tutor cancels a session, learners will receive either a rescheduled class or a full refund.
